We have a thorough quality check before your order is dispatched from our workshop. However, if you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may return the items within 15 days from the date of delivery of your order. Please note, return should be requested within 5 days from the delivery date.
Successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method. The Shipping charges for returning the items (order) shall be borne by the buyer, it will not be borne by DHURI.
Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If you have any queries, or wish to discuss the returns procedure in further detail, please do not hesitate to contact us at Customer Care on 083769 19387, or email@example.com.
Please note, we do not issue Refunds for Custom made orders (product manufactured according to specification/measurement provided by the customer).
All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided.
Just sign into your DHURI account, find the Order in “my orders”, and select return. Unsuitable items must then be shipped to us within 15 days from the delivery date of your order. We shall inform you once we receive the returned item(s).
The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, washed, altered or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault), we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. For more information, please contact our Customer Care team.
If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy. You can also choose to receive your refund as a DHURI credit, which will enable you to purchase a replacement item quickly and seamlessly.
